All orders made through this online store are considered custom orders, made as requested by client (you), and are not returnable or refundable for any reason. Our guarantee is that the jewelry product will match the final design you approved including dimensions, size, color and type. Please note that all handmade jewelry products will differ slightly due to natural variations and may include minor differences in color and shape.
We will only accept responsibility for errors and/or imperfections that were possibly made during the production process that we’ve somehow overlooked before we shipped your jewelry product.
If then unlikely event that you have received a jewelry product that if faulty (e.g. loose or broken joints, bent out of shape etc.) please contact us through email@example.com so we may provide you with a Return Address. Upon receiving your jewelry product, we shall evaluate it and if we come to the conclusion that the product is indeed faulty, we will then work with you to redesign a new piece at no extra charge.
Due to the fact that our jewelry product is custom made and cannot be re-sold to others, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. If we accept responsibility for an error made during the manufacturing process of your product, we will give you two options to choose from. We can recreate your product for no additional charge, or you can buy another product on our site equal in value to the product you’ve already paid for.
Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. You must be able to confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is your own, or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Rana's Studio, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using a secure third party online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities. This does not affect your statutory rights.
These terms and conditions and other notices elsewhere on our website contain the whole agreement between us and you relating to the supply of jewelry products. No other terms or conditions will form part of the Contract, unless agreed by us in writing and signed by an authorized Jioya representative.
Our right to vary these terms and conditions
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order jewelry products from us.
